This client approached us and expressed her vision for their family-owned business. She wanted a certain authentic Chinese restaurant ambience, which we were able to achieve. Being an existing tenancy, we had to demolition the whole shop and start from scratch.
As you enter the tenancy, you are greeted by a custom-made Uncle Bill on an impressive lightbox.
Perfectly laid grey cobble-stone tiles flood the walkway as you enter the restaurant and head towards the kitchen. The kitchen is impressive, with state-of-the-art stainless-steel benches, exhaust hood, and extraction fans along with custom sinks and shelving.
Black high gloss subway tiles stand out on the white grout, highlighted by a combination of feature recessed lights and black pendant downlights. To give it that extra edge, we installed bright red high gloss VJ panel counters with corresponding black marble countertops.
Surveying the hallway, no expense was spared with the creamy coloured polished concrete, which packs that extra punch and balances out all the competing elements.
All electrical, plumbing works, air-conditioning, and shopfront were completed by us, along
with supplying the wooden tables and chairs to create that extra-pleasant dining experience.
Bamboo greenery was added as a final decorative touch, along with petite festoon lights at the entrance.
“Our designer stuffed up the plan and got the project delayed for more than a month. I was feeling extremely helpless until Dave stepped in and helped us out. David is professional and efficient, he promised to finish our project in 5 weeks which is faster than others., and he delivered. He patiently guided us through the whole project so I didn't have to worry too much. The shop came up nicely and I am really happy with the suggestions he has made. David is easy to deal with and super friendly. I highly recommend him to anyone and will definitely work with him again in the future.”
